Calis Veranda started as a one-man business with a welder and a van. Today we still design, build and install everything ourselves — with a permanent team that knows every joint.

A detailed quote
We turn your design into a detailed, fixed-price quote, with every option and the lead time spelled out.
On-site measurement
Once you approve the quote, a fitter measures everything to the millimetre, so nothing has to be adjusted on installation day.
Built in our workshop
Your profiles are cut to length, powder-coated and pre-assembled in-house. You know the lead time up front.
Installed by our team
Usually placed, cleaned up and handed over level in a single day. Then a 10-year warranty.

How long does it take from quote to installation?
On average 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the season and the bespoke options. The exact lead time is stated in your quote.
Do I need a permit?
For most verandas against the rear of the house, no. We check your situation against the permit-free rules and tell you honestly if you do need one.
Will a veranda hold up to storms and snow?
Yes. Our structures are engineered to the wind and snow loads that apply in your region. Larger spans get an extra beam or post.
What does the warranty cover?
10 years on the structure and the powder coating, 2 years on electrical parts such as lighting and screens. Service visits are done by our own team.
Can I add walls or sun shading later?
Always. Our profiles are designed so you can add side walls, sliding glass walls or a louvred roof years later too.
